Greetings!I am searching for an item (not sure of correct name) which I have seen in our area hospital.On the hospital commode in each patient's room, they have a bracket assembly whereby when the patient is ready to get off the commode, this bracket assembly has a support handle on each side.Also, the bracket assembly and the commode seat are connected together. That is, when you raise the commode seat, the bracket assembly and the commode seat move up and down in unison.I have contacted several area medical supplies houses in my hometown; yet, they either don't seem to understand what I'm describing; or, they know what it is but just don't carry it on their store.If you can assist me in any way, I would really appreicate it. Polypropylene items are generally made to be liquid retardent.  They may also not be durable enough even for hand washing.  The best course of acton is to soak them or spay wash them and let them air dry.
