Presently have a client in the Hospital ICU coma status and the spouse is researching in-home equipment for transfers. I have just finished some therapy....and they used a long cylander which I would lay on my back to do stretching. Is this the same(only I wouldn't have to worry about falling off) or have I missed this somewhere else?

Medicare does allow for partial reimbursement for nebulizers and some of the medication.  However, claims are reviewed on case-by-case bases.  Medicare has recently tightened their guidelines for reimbursable items. So getting reimbursement may be more difficult than before.

The 18 inch Round Linen Hamper With Tilt Lid is designed for lifting the hamper bags from the top.  The lid itself will act as a deterrent for overfilling.  But an overzealous doctor or nurse will still be able to stuff the bag.
