Question: What is the accuracy of the settings?can the desired temperature setting be programmed?Once obtaining the set temperature does it maintain that temperature?
Answer:

Unfortunately, our variable temperature water bath has been discontinued.  We now have a constant temperature water bath which maintains the desired temperature once reached until the unit is turned off or the temperature setting is changed.

The temperature is accurate and the temp range is room temperature+ 5ºF up to 100ºF.  As for programming a specific temperature, this unit is manually adjustable only, there are no programmable settings.
