Derma-Gel is a semi-occlusive hydrogel dressing that is soft, flexible and helps create a moist wound environment. Derma-Gel cushions, protects and will not adhere to the wound bed surface, will not liquefy into the wound and absorbs approximately five times its weight in exudate. Bacteriostatic and fungistatic. Dressing should be changed every 2-5 days depending on drainage.
