I have cervical spondylosis and have been advised to purchase a cervical pillow. I have a tempurepedic type pillow but it does not support my neck quite enough. I usually sleep on my back. Please advise what pillow would work and not collapse after continued use. Thanks.

This is a fiber-filled pillow and this variety tends to have a longer life than the typical foam variety which can wear down after some period of use.

I purchased an inflatable traction collar from you months ago and I like it a lot. However, the inflation bulb is not functioning well: the collar slowly loses air and the screw threads seem to be gradually stripping. Can I please purchase another bulb, without having to buy the entire collar? This is the blue plastic collar with overlapping inflatable rings and dark blue fabric covering the outer ring. How soft is this pillow I have used this type of pillow for many years because of neck issues and the most recent one ordered is so hard and overfilled that it hurts my ears as I am a side sleeper. What is the return policy?

This item is filled with polyester fiber, so it is not as firm as a foam pillow would be, but still provides a fair amount of support.  The item cannot be returned if it has been removed from the plastic packaging it is in.

If you wish to try the unit, you may place the pillow (still in the plastic packaging) inside a pillowcase or under a towel and if it does not work for you, you may set up the return on our website.  We do not offer return labels unless the item is shipped incorrectly.

You my use this for treatment at home.  This item ships knocked down and must be assembled, so it will fit through a doorway.  The dimensions are 89 L x 53 W x 6 H and may be turned accordingly to fit through your doorway.
