I work at a hospital and a problem arised for one of our patients and the pt is over weight and needed to be transported from the hospital bed in the ambulance but his weight had something to do with it. I would like to talk to the people who make the stretchers for the ambulance with an Idea to change the stretcher so they won''t have the problem of lifting the stretcher to get the pt in the ambulance and will cut down on drivers haveing back problem in the future. Can you give me information on who I can talk to about this Idea.

To clean the pan, use one to two quarts of water and a low-abrasion, bleach-free cleanser. Rub the metal surfaces with a nonmetallic, plastic scrub pad. Rinse pan thoroughly with hot water after cleaning and dry with a soft cloth or paper towel. Avoid using steel wool or scouring pads. To remove hard water mineral build-up, fill the pan with one gallon of vinegar and three gallons of water after cleaning. Let the pan soak overnight and rinse thoroughly. The perforated insert also may be soaked if needed.

With proper use and care, this device may last 3-4 weeks.  If the person using the item is ill, you may need to change use more frequently to avoid prolonging the illness.

The item may be available to be covered by insurance, however as MSEC does not bill insurance companies, we do not have any details regarding coverage.  We can provide any proof of purchase or invoices for you to file direct with your insurance provider if necessary.
