Question

Because my staircase has 2 landings in between, the square landings are split into 2 triangular steps decreasing the landing to 36x36. Is it possible to close the track up, turn the chair and lower the track Or is there a smaller version of this chair that will work? Thanks

Thank you for your purchase and happy holoidays.  That motor drive is used with another model and the button acts as a power override.  For your chair, the button is disconnected and serves no purpose.

Thank you for your inquiry.  MSEC has been in business since 2003.  We have been distributing these carts since 2015.  These carts have been delivered to military installations, educational institutions, medical and correctional facilities, private medical offices and assisted living facilities.  We do not have a record of a direct sale to a customer in Sioux City, IA.  We are currently not registered with BBB. What is the dimensions for the defibrilator Is the defibrilator shelf the top of the unit or is it the shelf on back corner?Powercord mentioned....is this a 6 outlet strip or other?

Good afternoon Chrissi,

The defibrillator shelf measures 14” x 11”. The power cord that comes with the unit has three outlets. We do have additional strips that can be purchased. The additional cords do not come with the cord wrap or cart mount brackets. These are in a production run right now and will be available to ship the first week of January.  The defib shelf is installed on the corner of the cart leaving the top open for other items.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Are the sizes accurate or should the next size on the chart be chosen My foot measures 101/2 and requires extra depth due to foot surgeries done in October 2019. Traditional shoes do not fit my right foot and so I havent had any shoes since the surgeries.Thank you!
