Unfortunately, we do not have a firm product comparison to the Stockton Bed, however from viewing the product, the Stockton bed has a more institutional look than the Electric Youth Bed by NK Medical Products.   Each side rail has one safety latch at the foot end of the bed.

My husband is disabled from a stroke 5 yrs ago. His left arm/hand are useless; left ankle locked. Both of his legs are now weakened by peripheral vascular disease. I need help lifting him when and where ever he falls. Is this unit portable enough for us to take with us when we travel
