Acute infections
Risk of haemorrhage
Severely ischeamic tissue
Recent history if venous thrombosis
Exposed neural tissue
Suspicion of a bone fracture
If the patient is pregnant
Do not use in the region of the gonads (sex organs), the active bone growth plates of children, or the eye.

Had my order revised via tele conversation due to discontinued product. The old order was for 40 pads of 3x5 and 2x3 each. I received 9 of the 2x3 and 19 of the 3x5. Please advise.

Thank you for contacting us. The 3 x 5 come 2 pads per pack, 20 packs were ordered which would total 40 pads.  The 2 x 3 come 4 pads per pack, 10 packs were ordered which would total also 40 pads. We shipped 9 packs and 19 packs, which means we shorted you 1 pack of each size. We are now sending those two packs today from California. You should have them on Tuesday, December 28th.

I want a pedal exerciser that moves the pedals itself to help leg movement. My wife is a SCI. She can push with her legs just a little. I would wish to find a machine that can stand her up to walk on a lower tread mill.

This machine is unfortunately not self-propelled.  There is movement required of the user, however it does assist in rehabilitation and strengthening of the limbs used with it.
