Hazard for staff when using a regular size bed vs bariatic bed?

The main concern with bariatric bed is related to pulling the patient over with bed sheets.  The bariatric bed is wider so the staff assisting in pulling the patient over will have to climb on top of the bed or reach over the width of the bed.   Pulled back, especially with heavy patients could be an issue.  A bariatric hoyer lift may be a good option to keep everyones back in proper alignment.
