Hello,I would like to take it overseas for my father in law and the spec. said net weight 66lb. Is it with or without batteryCould you please let me know the weight without battery? Hope it is under 50lb which is allowed by most intl. flight as a baggage.Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry.  The unit is actually shipped in a crate which is 102lbs.  Should you decide to purchase the chair, we would strongly recommend that it would be transported in the crate to avoid damage. It may still be less expensive to pay excess baggage fee than to ship via UPS or DHL

Does this equipment work to go upstairs as well or just down stairs I need something to go up and down?

Thank you for your inquiry.  MS3C-300TSB is our battery powered chair which will require a single operator and will navigate up and down stairs.  A single charge will last approximately 200 flights of stairs.  Please see the video below along with a link to the product:

Thank you for your inquiry.  We believe in giving a fair price for a good product.  We are less expensive in price, but we dont sacrifice on quality.  These products are manufactured to our specifications and meet all international manufacturing standards including ISO.  We offer 3 years on frame and 1 year on motor and electronic components.  Our technical support is located in Houston, Texas, not somewhere offshore.  Many of our customers are elderly, who can not afford an expensive elevator or a chair rail.  Some even considered leaving the home they raised their families in.  This chair has made a huge difference in their lives; enabling them to be more independent and to stay in their homes.

Is there a lubricant you all use or a way to make the stretcher easier to put/lift the x frame back up and lower it. With a heavy patient weighing say 265lbs when you go to lift the patient up to put the stretcher into loading position it will stick one posting before reaching maximum height.

Thank you for your inquiry.  Any relatively low viscosity lubricant should work, including WD-40. Once applied, do a few dry lifts to work the lubricant into the mechanism.

What is the warranty for this chair

 Good evening and thank you for your inquiry. The warrantee on MS3C-300TSB power chair is three years on the frame and one year on the motor and electronics.  Should you need service during the warrantee timeframe, we are located in Houston Texas. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will send you a replacement chair while your chair is being serviced.

We do not have any variations of the airway model. However, the model on the website does come with four stages. The stages include normal bronchus, hypersecretion of the mucous gland, swelling of the lymphoid aggregations and smooth-muscle spasm.

I am in need of an over the door shoulder pulley system for an 8 door. Nothing I've looked at online says it's for 8' doors and doesn't give length of cord. Do you carry any that would work on an 8' door I have been told by my Physical Therapist to get one for work on my frozen shoulder. Thanks.

What size O2 tank does this hold

Thank you for your inquiry. It should fit any tanks that are 4.38”, since the opening is 4.51”. I’d stray from any tanks that are around 11.75” or shorter because they won’t go up past the second ring. We recommend our customers use the E size tank.
