We have an Oversized Blood Pressure Cuff which adjusts from 13-17" and can be purchased in addition to the unit itself, but cannot be substituted.

To answer your question; 1) this model may not be able to fit around the patients wrist and 2) it  may not be accurate enough for reading through the added layers of fatty tissue.

This products does not include a mattress.  However, we do offer a wide selection of Hospital Bed Packages which do include a choice of both mattress and bed rails.  Many of these products are available for immideate shipment.
