Thank you for the inquiry.  The seat depth is 21.25 inches.  The footrest is removeable. The chair does not come in smaller sizes. Unfortunately we do not carry a shower chair to fit a 20 inch width door. We apologize for any inconvenience.

how long and wide are they so i know what size to order?the one i have now is a contour that is 17 without velcro clousure and 20 1/2 if you count the clousure. 3 at chin & 3 1/2 at widest point.i've bought one size fits all and can't wear them.i was hoping for firm but medium firm will do.

The Cervical Collars come in many different sizes and widths. In order to better serve you. Please let us know (inches) how long you need the collar to be. I also understand you want 3 inches for the width. Is that correct?  Depending on the length and thickness will determine if we can provide the medium firm.
