Good afternoon.  These items are designed for use in beds only and we cannot guarantee the use while in a chair will be effective.  As per the manufacturer's guidance, these are not recommended nor guaranteed for use in this purpose.

Unfortunately, the only chair-type cushions we have are gel or foam.

We might suggest you contact Flow Cushion to see if their product may be of use to you.
