I am looking for a tip for a syringe that screws on to the end a leur lock syringe to insert a local into the urethra for a cystoscope in the office. We have one but are in need of more for the other procedure rooms in our office and cannot locate such a product any longer. PLEASE HELP. It is made of surgical steel and is cone shaped with open tip.

Thank you for your inquiry. There are four lamps in total, which consist of an ozone generating lamp that is used for cleaning the internals of the unit only. NOT used in the normal everyday operation of the unit. The wattage is 36 watts in each lamp. The cost to replace the lamps in this unit is $61.00.

I had a colostomy reversal done about five weeks ago. Initially I used wet/dry dressings,and for the last two weeks I have been packing the wound with Calcium alginate rope.The would is getting smaller and shallower.Q: When do I stop using the rope,and should I use the cal alginate dressing.

Dear Denise,

Thank you for the inquiry.  The only item you will have to get serviced is the turbine. We suggested maybe 3 times a year, depending on the usage.  The stainless steel tub can be cleaned depending on usage as well.  It would depend what issues you have with the turbine, but it should not be more than $100.00.

I am searching for a durable back supportive high quality hospital bed for my mother. The garbage supplied by Baptist Medical Equipment here in Pensacola, FL has a mattress that is beyond 'WEAK'. The springs have about the strength of paper clips and the gel-foam pad they put on top of it is no better. This skanky piece of trash is sway backed [like a sway back horse].
