Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately, since these instruments are designed for surgical procedures on humans, we can not recommend a set of tools which would work equally well on dogs.  Instead, we would suggest that you consult with a Veterinarian and then contact us with his/her recommedations.

Extra firm mattresses have been recommended for persons with Parkinson's.  We have extra firm innerspring mattresses as well as extra firm innerspring mattresses with foam toppers.  The foam topper will provide extra support in getting out of the bed and also adds the additional comfort factor some innerspring mattresses may not have.

I am searching for the finest firm mattress I can obtain for my mother's electric hospital bed. Do I need to go with a foam mattress only or will an inner spring mattress work as well?. She keeps the bed only slightly elevated and never sits upright. Size is 80 x 36

All mattresses that we carry are made to work with adjustable hospital beds.  If your mother is bed-ridden, I would recommend a foam/pressure reduction mattress over an innerspring mattress as the likelihood of bed sores are not as prominent with the foam mattresses.
