My dad is in a wheel chair and I want to bring him home but I can't lift him he is in a nusing home now but when he is with me I want to be able to send him to the bathroom and bath the piece that is placed in the chair and bed the peice attached to the machine but I don't see it online

This scooter does allow the seat to be rotated 360° and locked at any 45° angle.  The armrests also flip up by pulling up the end of the rest.

 It is fairly easy.  This is an old remedy. My mother used to do this to us when we were kids.  As I recall, it worked pretty well, but your back looks like a leopard skin afterwards from the suction.  The effect only last for a little bit.
