This is an interesting question.  Frankly, we are not familiar with the origins of this name.  It is possible that the name originates from the fact that this product can be used as a stand alone, over a regular toilet and as a seat.

This oxygen tank tote fits six (6) M6 Oxygen Cylinders.  The M6 cylinders are around 15" long and generally weigh from 3-5lbs.  The actual dimensions of the tote are 13"L x 7"W x 15"H.  Thank you for your inquiry.

As for dressings, any of our hydrocolloid dressings should work fairly well with the Iodosorb Gel.  We also have Iodoform Packing Strips that are quite beneficial to any wound needing packing.

The quantity needed depends on the frequency of dressing changes, cleansing and severity of the wound itself.
