Dear Karin: Thank you for your inquiry. This device can be rotated in in increments of 15 degrees, but pausing is not allowed within its programming. This is also developed for 110/120 Volts, but can be operated at 220/240 with a step-up converter. Delivery to Sweden would be approximately $75-80 USD.
