Biatain Alginate Dressing and Filler are very comfortable and soft with excellent gelling properties, conforming to any wound size and shape and supporting wound healing capabilities by providing a Moist Wound Healing environment. They have superior vertical absorption to reduce maceration and forms a cohesive soft gel ensuring easy, pain-free one-piece removal.

When Biatain AlginateDressing and Filler come into contact with wound exudate the calcium ions from the dressing are replaced by sodium ions present in the exudate. This ion exchange causes Biatain Alginate Dressing and Filler to form a soft, cohesive gel which locks the exudate inside ensuring less risk of leakage or damage to the periulcer skin.

This style brief has been discontinued by the manufacturer.  They do offer plastic backed briefs with moisture lock protection up to overnight incontinence.

We do accept purchase orders, however if you have not purchased with MSEC before, we do generally require prepayment for your first order.  We have e-mailed you with a credit card authorization form and purchase terms for your order which include delivery charges.

Thank your for your inquiry.  There is not much of a market for renting exam tables due to natural wear and tear.  There is a market for used/ refurbished tables, but with those it is usually "as-is".  It is more practical to purchase them outright and then reseller or donate.  If you would like to receive a quote for a table, please email us your shipping destination along with your contact info.
