Question: I had spinal fusion surgery and still have a lot of sciatic pain. Will this cushion help Can you recommend one that does as I sit for long hours.
Answer:

This is more of a lumbar support device and is not very cushioned.  The following item would be recommended as it is 3 inches thick at its fullest and will offer more relief on the spine due to the coccyx cutout design:
