Question: How do I measure for fit. It says to measure from the sternum, but I'm not sure where to measure to and from. I'm a male and am 6'1. Thank you.
Answer:

To determine what size is best for you, you will measure your body's circumference at the base of your sternum.  This will then tell you what size you need based on the size chart.
