Question: I wear a size 13 shoe and I'm 27 years old and I've been flat footed all my life and looking to purchase the Spenco Orthotic full length Arch Support,601NPSMM but I don't what size to get. So it will be a big help if you tell me what size to get thank you.

For a women's size 13 shoe, you'll need size 5.  The sizing goes as follows:

Size 1: Women's 5/6
Size 2: Women's 7/8, Men's 6/7
Size 3: Women's 9/10, Men's 8/9
Size 4: Women's 11/12, Men's 10/11
