1) There is a  manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on the frame and 1 year warranty on electric components.  2) The bed comes disassembled, but is designed to be quickly and easily put together. We have not had any calls from individuals who had difficulty with the assembly. 3) The Comfort series full-electric beds only adjust the patient's upper and lower body position.  The actual bed does not move up and down.  4) The patient can have access to the control, but it could be moved out of a patient's reach, if necessary.  For any further questions, please call us toll free at 877-706-4480.
