This pillow is good for resting.  For a full night sleep you may wish to consider one of the following alternatives.  Keep in mind, that unless you are currently using a therapeutic or cervical support pillow, it may take several nights for you to get used to sleeping on one.

I have a 1.3cm long x .5cm wide ulcer/divot under my left arm. Should I put some kind of triple antibiotic on before I apply the DuoDERM CGF?Approximately how long will something this small take to heal?Thanks,Lee

Lee,

It is recommended, along with thoroughly cleaning the wound, that you use the Skin-Prep Protective Dressing before applying the DuoDERM CGF Dressing.  The dressing will generally stay on up to 7 days. 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you a healing time; however with proper care and routine dressing changes, the wound should heal in a timely manner.
