It would be recommended that the packing strip be pre-moistened with a sterile saline solution prior to insertion.

The cut out section can be used as a leg rest in a seated position.  In a flat position, that area is used for the head/ face rest.

It seems that all of the elbow supports we offer are either sleeves or adjustable with velcro.  We do not currelty have a hinged locking positional control stabilization brace.
