Thank you for your inquiry. This particular patient lift can lift a patient up to 74.5in high (Over 6ft) and lower them to 32in. Please keep in mind the lower portion legs sticks out further than the lift itself.

The floor to top of mattress opened is 23".  The mattress that comes standard is not fluid proof, however we do have a "wet ban" mattress that is optional as an upgrade.  If you would like, I'd be happy to provide a quotation for this item.

The weight capacity for this toilet seat is 300 lbs. We also offer a bariatric elevated toilet seat that has a weight limit of 500 lbs, but you would have to make sure that it would fit your toilet. Another option would be to go with a bariatric commode chair, as some of these have a weight capacity of up to 700 lbs. This product is actually a mattress overlay, so a patient should not lay on it without a mattress underneath. Also, the category includes either gel or water mattresses.
