How does this pillow compare to the Snoozer full body pillow filled with either heavenly down or goose down?This pillow can be found at shop.happymothers.com.I have the 143-163ROCMM. My only problem is that the pillow case keeps sliding down. What do you suggest?

Answer

It seems the main difference between the two pillows is that the Snoozer pillow has a "candy cane shape" which aides in keeping the pillow stationary while wrapped around the shoulder.

You may be able to form the body pillow you have to do the same, however, in doing so, this will reduce the length of the pillow for knee support as it is a straight pillow not made extra long for the behind-head or shoulder support.

What is this pillow filled with? How do you keep the pillow case from sliding off? How does this compare to a tempurpedic body pillow? How does the size matter 48x12?

Answer

The filling in the Body Pillow is a polyester fiber.  The case slippage may be reduced if you use the pillow with the case opening toward your feet versus toward your head.

The material found in the Tempur-Pedic pillows is a specialized Tempur material found in Tempur-Pedic products only.  The Tempur-Pedic pillow may be more moldable as it is a specialized inner material.

As for the sizing, this pillow is significantly longer than the Tempur-Pedic pillow, which in turn allows for a fuller range of use from head-to-toe.

In the description of this GREEN FAST cassette it says that it is best suited for BLUE sensitive film. Shouldn't it read : for GREEN sensitive film ?How is it with the rare earth cassettes: are they for GREEN or BLUE sensitive film?Are you sending to Switzerland?

Unfortunately, we do not have any carry pouches for TENS units.  The only carrying accessory available is the carry case.  We may recommend a hip/belt cell phone or camera case as most TENS units are relatively similar in size.

How would I determine if I need the 10, 11 or 12inch Lumbar Sacral Support and measure for size? Not sure whether to order the one with flexible plastic or metal stays.

Answer

The height of the Lumbar Sacral Support is generally based on your level of pain that you need relieved.  Essentially the taller the brace, the more support it can provide, the less pain you're in and more comfort.

As for metal or plastic stays, this is based on the type of support you need.

If you are a fairly mobile person who does much bending, you may need the flexible plastic stays as they allow more range-of-motion, however still provide the support needed.

The metal stays may not be quite as comfortable, but do aide in providing the utmost stabilization and support.

What is the accuracy of the settings?can the desired temperature setting be programmed?Once obtaining the set temperature does it maintain that temperature?

Answer

Unfortunately, our variable temperature water bath has been discontinued.  We now have a constant temperature water bath which maintains the desired temperature once reached until the unit is turned off or the temperature setting is changed.

The temperature is accurate and the temp range is room temperature+ 5ºF up to 100ºF.  As for programming a specific temperature, this unit is manually adjustable only, there are no programmable settings.

What is the construction material of the cabinet?Do the doors fold back 90 degrees flush against the sides? If not can you make a recommendation?

Thank you for your inquiry. The cabinet is made of welded steel. Regrettably, these cabinets do not fold back into an 90 degree flush. Our recommendations would be a sliding cabinet. The only sizes we have available for the sliding cabinets are:

36"w x 12"d x 72"h

36"w x 18"d x 72"h
