This item can be taken apart by loosening of the resistance knob.  The resistance knob does adjust from low to high resistance.  This box dimensions are 20 x 17 x 11.

Any contoured cervical pillow would be suggested.  Specifically, adjustable pillows may be of use as the density can be adjusted to suit the users preference.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an individual accessory for oxygen tubing that can increase the support of the tubing.  This is in most cases a standard accessory on standard nasal cannula.
