Thank you for your inquiry.  This unit is able to be filled both by direct faucet filling or by filling it in a stationary position with either a pitcher or cup.  This humidifier has a water fill channel which makes filling easier without having to remove the cover.

Unfortunately, the height on this table is only adjustable up to 33" to the top of the working surface.  Our Infinity Portable Massage Table is adjustable to 34" which is the highest available other than our Electric Massage Tables which adjust to 36" or 37" in height.  Thank you for your inquiry.

Small - 24" to 30"
Medium - 30" to 36"
