I hope all is well despite the hurricane.I spoke w/Renee in Cust. service last week regarding this issue: I am interested in finding out the codes for medical equipment-- for traction devices so I can ask my insurance company if they cover them w/my neurologist's perscription. I know you are recovering from the Hurricane Ike. I am inquiring about the D Core Pillow. I have had an ear cartilidge surgery and I am still in pain as I sleep on it. The doctor didn't tell me anything about your pillow and I researched it on my own. I presently have a down pillow to help with neck problems I have had in the past. I want to know what the indent of the D shape is in your pillow and what the filling of your pillow is for support of my neck. I spoke to Brittany yesterday, she said she would get back to me, just called her and she hasn't heard from anybody yet. I thought I would try this way to ask questions.
