Question
Can this type of nebulizer be used on flights
Answer
Linda,
This Hand-Held Portable Nebulizer is able to be used at high altitudes, however if it is cold in the plane, it is recommended that you rub the unit with your hands to warm it up before turning it on to prevent any parts from operating incorrectly.
You may also want to check with the airline you'll be using as they may have regulations or restrictions as to where on the plane you may use your nebulizer.

Question
With the economy the way it is, I'm helping my clients liquidate assets and, as a result, selling a lot of used equipment. I have no experience with medical equipment, so I'm really just trying to help them liquidate these assets. If you are not interested in me offering any of this equipment to you, please let me know and I will not bother you. For example, I have access to the following: ZIEHM MEDICAL MDL EXPOSCOP 7000 X-RAY C-ARM UNIT, W/ MONITOR & PRINTER, WHEELED, SN 2853, HAS MANUAL, 120VAC, 1PH, 60HZ UNKNOWN IF COMPLETE Do you have any interest? Otherwise, would you happen to have the names of any individuals that might be interested in the above?

Question
what is the back vent and where is it located?
Answer
The back vent on the Full Length Men's Lab Coat is located along the back seam. This is an opening at the bottom of the lab coat that aides in providing ease of movement so that the lab coat is less constricting than a solid-seamed lab coat.

Question
Looking to purchase first lift system for my 14 yo son with severe CP. Need it to move him from his hospital bed at home to his Zippie wheelchair to his tumbleforms seat. He has no head control like a big 85 lb newborn mobility wise. What would you recommend?
Answer
Dear Stephanie,
Thank you for the inquiry. I would definitely recommend the full body sling. This way you do not have to worry about head support until you place him in the seat position. Someone needs to support his head with their hands until you get another support in the chair.

Question
The item I am looking for is usually termed as a wedge and is used to sleep on, elevating my body from the mattress so that my head and back are a bit higher than the rest of my body. I have asthma and sleep apnea. Sizewise they are a bit wider than a pillow and at the head they are 7-10 inches off of the mattress. The sides are triangular in shape. I was not able to find it by wedge.
Answer
William,
We have two different sizes of Torso Elevation Wedges. The Extra Large Torso Elevation Wedge is 27" L x 24" W x 18" H which provides an elevation of 30/60 degree angle. We also have the Standard Torso Elevation Wedge which is 18" L x 18" W x 13" H and provides an elevation of 35/55 degree angle.
