I AM LOOKING FOR STANDING SLING FOR THE HOYER LIFT. MY CLIENT CREATED A PROBLEM THAT I NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THE PATIENT STAND INSIDE THE LIFT LEGS. I CURRENTLY HAVE THE HOYER LIFT THAT IS PORTALBLE AND IT WORKS AS STATED. GREAT THE ARM ON THE LIFT ONLY REACHES SO HIGH AND I NEED TO MAKE IT A STANDING MODEL. CAN I CHANGE OUT THE ARM AND GET THE HEIGHT NEEDED FOR A STAND SLING. THE PERSON IS 6FT. AND IT JUST DOES CLEAR HIS SHOULDER WHEN FULLY EXTENDED. CAN YOU HELP.

Thank you for your inquiry.  We are not familiar with the processing process for cotton balls.  It would stand to reason that given the natural color of cotton, bleaching for that purpose may not be neccessary, however, other cleansing processes may be applicable.

I bought a cast cover from you at a discounted price due to the fact that the first one I purchased had several puncture holes in it after wearing it once. Thank you for your patience. We must advise that any product issues must be reported to MSEC within the 30 day returns timeframe to ensure prompt care and issuance of replacement if approved by the manufacturer. We have reviewed your order and returns history and the only defect issue was reported after the 30 day returns timeframe, however due to the inconvenience, MSEC discounted the cost of your replacement.

As it has been over 4 months since the last product was shipped, any issues with the product must now be taken up with the manufacturer.  Their name is Invacare and phone number is 1-800-225-4792

We do not have any suppliers in Malaysia, however we do ship internationally.  The estimated lead time for this item is approximately 1-2 weeks and we can ship to Malaysia by US Priority post with 6-10 day transit or US Express post with 3-5 day transit.

This side rails are made out of foam, they were designed to facilitate transferring the patient to and from bed, they are sturdy enough to provide the patient with the support needed when being transferred. Thank you for the follow up.  The item is under one year manufactrer warranty.  All service related issue can be addressed directly with the manufacturer via phone or email.  However, if the item can not be serviced remotely, it must be shipped back to the US for further service.
