Thank you for contacting us. The shipping would be $116.49.  This item must be delivered via truck. It would be less expensive if it was a foam mattress because we would be able to fold it in half and ship via UPS or FEDEX.

I am an Infection Control nurse involved with a physiotherapy dept, and was wondering if you have any information about hygiene with paraffin wax baths. i.e. how often should the wax be changed and the bath cleaned etc I am concerned that the bath could be contaminated with bacteria from the patient''s hands which could then grow as the temp is only 40-44 degrees.

As discussed on the telephone, this item has actually been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we do not currently have any alternates.  Accu-Chek test strips should work with any Accu-Check monitor without error.
