Thank you for the inquiry.  The bed is for a bariatric patient, it can hold up to 1000 lbs.  The overall width is 54 inches and the over length is 88 inches.  It probably can work for two regular sized people.

A doctors prescription has no bearing on sales tax exemption.   In some instances you may be able to forgo the state sales tax by ordering from outside of your home state.  Federal tax is not applicable.

Unfortunately, we do not have any type of exam or treatment table with casters available.  We might suggest one of our massage tables with adjustable back as they are lightweight, portable and compact.  They are very easy to setup and break down and can be stored in a closet or under a bed.

Unfortunately, we do not have any information on the two having been used together.  We would, however presume should the wipes be used before the barrier cream that the benefits of both will still be received, but we cannot guarantee this information to be 100% accurate.
