For a women's size 13 shoe, you'll need size 5.  The sizing goes as follows:

Size 1: Women's 5/6
Size 2: Women's 7/8, Men's 6/7
Size 3: Women's 9/10, Men's 8/9
Size 4: Women's 11/12, Men's 10/11
Size 5: Men's 12/13

The Electric Youth Bed is fully electric.  All functions (aside of side rail movement) are operated by the hand control.

I need a bracket for an E size tank. Is this the right size?

Ken,

This bracket is generic sized at 4.5W x 4.5D and fits most portable oxygen cylinders.  The E cylinder is a fairly thin cylinder and we do believe this would be compatible with the E tanks.  To confirm, you may measure your tank's circumference and divide that total measurement by two to get the depth/width.
