Thank you for your inquiry.  The conservers we carry are suitable for 870 style post valve cylinders.  Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a conserver for the DIN 477 fitting.

This type of therapy is recommended to be obtained with an oxygen concentrator with this feature and this would be most highly recommended if your oxygen use is constant.
