Good morning John. Thank you for your inquiry. The actual trolley is designed for chairs which are 20 inches in width or greater. Therefore, it will not work for a pediatric chair. You may wish to comsidsr MS3C-300TSB as an alternative. Should you have any questions, please give us a call.

Good morning Jennifer, 

Thank you for reaching out to MSEC. 

The XF0585VMAX shields are technically classified as a disposable item so we do not have any disinfecting instructions for the shields. It is a personal decision to reuse the shields and do recommend sanitizing between uses. I would not recommend any solutions that contain bleach whether they are diluted or not as the bleach may compromise the structural integrity of the foam bumper. You might want to look into some type of hospital grade disinfecting wipes or Lysol spray.
