Dear Sirs,Recently I heard about a great product from Wilson Sports called Elbow Ease. Its a portable exercise band that fits over the ends of a persons fingers. By moving your fingers outward the tendons and muscle that were injured get stonger and stretch which reduces the pain. I was wonder if you heard about this item and were thinking of carrying it? I couldn't find it on your site.thanks

I have an elderly friend with Parkinson's Disease. When he gets up in the morning, he has a difficult time pulling his pants up because he cannot keep his balance. He ends up lying down flat on his back and pulling them up somehow this way. It is a very long and tedious process. I was wondering if you had any devices to assist with this. While looking through your product database, I noticed the "Stainless steel shoehorn & sock pull-up aid", and it mentioned it was for other garments as well. I was also wondering if this would be useful for pants, or if it could help him at all since he loses his balance when he tries to pull them up. Any help at all will be appreciated. Thank you.

I have have a friend whose father recently had his voice box removed as a result of cancer surgery. What type of equipment is available for purchase to help him communicate. Also, my friends father lives in a foreign country so are there any export restrictions? Dear Dan:

You are looking for an electropharynx, or electronic larynx.  This is a battery operated machine that produces sound for you.  There are many different makes and types of these, but they are usually about the size of a small electric razor.  You hold the machine against your neck, or fit a small tube into the corner of your mouth .  When you press the button on the machine, it makes sound.  If you move your tongue and mouth you can form the sounds into words.

As with oesophageal speech, you need training from a speech therapist and plenty of practice, to master this method.  The speech does have a mechanical sound to it but most people are pleased with the result.  Some of the machines available have buttons that can vary the pitch or tone of the sound the electronic larynx makes.  This will make your voice sound more varied. 

We do not carry this product at this time.  However, if you do a search on the internet based on the name of the product you will certainly find a reseller.

I would like to use a shoe cover to protect carpet and floors from getting soiled due to dirty shoes. You offer so many products that I don't know which one would be most effected. I am simply looking for something to give to guests to put on their shoes so that my carpet won't get dirty if their shoes are soiled or wet. Which product would you recommend to do this. I noticed that the shoe covers are supposed to prevent contamination, but does that mean that if a shoe is muddy, the shoe cover will prevent mud from getting out if the cover is worn?
