Son split finger open had stitches and used a thing I call a bird cage thing to slide a sleeve of wrap and put it on and twisted it and pushe down more several times for padding. I wish to purchase on and the sleeves also but cannot find any in drug stores or even the correct name for it to find it to order it. Couls you help me. Sandee

Sizing is based on the maximum circumference of the stretched sleeve.  To measure yourself for the right fit, if being used on the elbow, measure your upper arm about 2-3 inches above the elbow and this will be the size that you would need to get.
