Question
How do I receive reimbursement from Medicare for the lift mechanism(which is the only part Medicare will pay for)?I was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Dz. 31 months ago, and now have difficulty getting up from standard chairs.

Answer

Dear Mr. Jones:

We do not accept Medicare coverage and therefore would not be a good source of information on reimbursement procedures.  You may wish to refer to www.medicare.gov/ or locate a reputable DME (durable medical equipment ) provider in your area and consult with them.  Good luck.

Question
This bed comes with mattress? And how menny possitions does it do? does it have trundal possion? like a teeter totter? thanks Daniel

Answer

Dear Daniel:

Thank you for your inquiry.  This bed has infinite number of positions.  You can elevate or lower your head and or legs incrementally.  Typically, hospitals beds can not rock back and forth.  The mattress is also available for this bed, but it is sold seperately.  If you would like to contact our office in the morning we can design a bariatric bed package for you.  The bed package would be less expensive then purchasing the pieces individually. 877-706-4480 x 1
