What exactly does lifetime mean? How long are these supposed to last wearing them on a daily basis? Are they machine washable? I see they are all wide widths, if I have a normal width, will this still work in my shoe or do you have any normal widths.Thanks for your help!

Dear Amy,

If you have a normal width then you should probably go with the narrow, 3 mm, regular for women.  The wide widths are for diabetics.  The lifetime warranty means that if used properly, the rubber will last for many uses, even if you wear them on a daily basis.  I hope this helps.

At home I care for my mother who is at risk for falls and has dementia. For 3 yrs I've had a motion detector from Radio Shack over her bed, along with a baby monitor. If she tries to get up, the detector beeps and the monitor picks up the beep. It's now working properly anymore. What can I use?

Thank you for your inquiry.  At this time we do not have an Austarlian agent.  We have been shipping products to Australia for several years now. Most of these orders are from organizations which find us on the internet. 

We will honor the product warranty if the customer ships the item back to the US.  Unfortunately, shipping back and forth to Australia makes it rather costly.
