This is a great idea. I cannot open the photo to see it but does this fold flat 10 inches to the wall The width unfortunately is on the narrow side for a power wheelchair or larger manual wheelchair. Is there another width? Lastly, cant be secured to the ground in anyway and still fold?

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this is the only width this unit comes in. These bars cannot be mounted to the floor and still fold. The cassettes can be removed and exchanged for different ones, however parts of the cart would need to be disassembled in order to do this.

Good Afternoon James:

Thank you for your inquiry. MS3C-300TS is deisgned to go downstairs only.  Two operators or EMS techs can pick up the chair with the passanger and carry it up flight of stairs.  MS3C-300TSB, our battery powered unit, can be operated by a single individual.  This unit does go up and down flights of stairs.  We will be changing pricing on both chairs by the end of January.
