I have several bad disks in my back, c2-c3, t3, and l4-l5, and l5-s1 are the worst. I also suffered the side effect of the nsaid, naproxen. Extreme hypertension, 270/170. I take 23-25 pills a day for the problems. Do you know of any studies that whirlpool therapy might help reduce the pain level and or also the BP?

Dear Mike,

Thank you for the inquiry.  Whirlpool therapy is good when it is cold.  Do not use hot whirlpools.  The cold therapy whirlpools are very soothing and relaxing and helps with BP. If you have high BP, do not use Hot therapy whirlpools.  Many athletics use cold/ice therapy pools to relax muscles and pain.

Thank you for the inquiry. The weight limit  is 350 lbs. We do not sell the mattresses with a cotton cover. You can purchase a cover separately.  This will work for a manual or electric home care bed.

I am looking for a tip for a syringe that screws on to the end a leur lock syringe to insert a local into the urethra for a cystoscope in the office. Thank you for your inquiry. There are four lamps in total, which consist of an ozone generating lamp that is used for cleaning the internals of the unit only. NOT used in the normal everyday operation of the unit. The wattage is 36 watts in each lamp. The cost to replace the lamps in this unit is $61.00.

I had a colostomy reversal done about five weeks ago. Initially I used wet/dry dressings,and for the last two weeks I have been packing the wound with Calcium alginate rope.The would is getting smaller and shallower.Q: When do I stop using the rope,and should I use the cal alginate dressing.
