I have a reversed curve in my neck and a lateral curve as well to the left. I've been sleeping on a regular memory foam pillow, but at this point I really need even more support. I generally fall asleep on my sides, but then flip over onto my back for most of the night. Any suggestions?

Do lancets have expiration dates. My father left a box of 200 lancets when he died. Can I use these lancets?

 There is really no expiration date on lancets.  If they have been properly stored,they should be good to use.  Visually inspect them for signs of corrosion and as an added precaution rinse them in rubbing alcohol before use.
