I have a customer who is looking for a very small flourescent looking lamp that is used on the N 395 PulseOximeter. Could you please give me any info that could help me find this lamp.

This is called a CCD ( Cold Cathod Display ). Please contact http://www.jkllamps.com/ and give them the dimensions of the lamp. You can also send them the bad lamp in and they should be able to match it. We would also recommend that you call Nellcor as well. Some NPB-395 come with up to three year warranties.

My mother has a lift chair that has a broken part on the lift. I am wondering how I can get that part replaced. The part that is broken is related to the foot rest, it will not lift .
