I have very recently cut myself on the inside of my inner labia, and urination is excruciating, even with pain killers my doctor gave me. I was wondering if there was some sort of tube that might be available somewhere that I could use to direct my urine away from this area. Or anything that I could perhaps insert into my urethreal opening to avoid urine touching this area. It is too large to cover, and I would greatly appretiate any help you can give. Thanks!!

What you are referring to is called a catheter.  But you would need to have a doctor's prescription or at the very least a recommendation, since there are many catheters on the market today.
