Hi: I am suffering from shoulder and arm pain that is exactly the same in my left shoulder as my right before surgery for a bone spur causing an inflamed tendon. Would this product be advisable or should I look into another product to support my shoulder and improve my posture helping this pain.

Thank you for your request.  We have no information supporting this light being used as a reading lamp.  The casters and base section on this light are approximately 4in high from floor to top of base.  This would be the same for most of our mobile lights.

Unfortunately, we do not carry different sizes of the palm cone.  The contracture cushion is available in small (3in W) and Large (4in W) as well as our palm grips which are available in small (2.5in W) and large (3in W).

Thank you for your inquiry.  This item is only capable of holding one sink per cabinet.  The sink is not a standard feature, it is optional, and the cost for the sink option to be added is $323.32 in addition to the price of the sink.  If you would like a quote, I would be happy to provide one.
