Thank you for contacting us.  The height of the mattress can be 3 or 4 inches. We carry two different mattresses for this model crib.  If you want the head to be lifted, you would want the gatch deck or fowler deck.

Do you have to have a specific license to use the portable room UV sanitizer or the portable UV air purifier and sanitizer? And..., if I''m reading the spec sheet correct...You could sanitizer a 12'' x 12'' room at 99% efficiency, from virus and bacteria, in as little as 5 minutes? Thank you for your help. Thank you for your inquiry.  We are not aware of any specific licensing required to operate UV sanitizers.  However, we would recommend that you check local regulations regarding use of UV sanitizer equipment.  Treatment time for a 12 x 12 x 9 ft space is under 3 hours.  Small counter tops and other small 2-dimensional areas could be treated in under 5 min.

My wife and I share a condition we are currrently under a physicians care for. We BOTH have Degenerative Disk Disease and are taking opiod medications for pain relief. We both have Medicare a, b, d. Our Question, is if there is a mattress solution for married couples King or Queen Size??

Unfortunately, the only mattress we have near to this size would be a bariatric foam mattress which is 60in wide by 80in long.  I would not recommend or suggest this item to be suitable for your conditions.  We also do not handle any type of insurance.  We apologize that we couldn't be of any further assistance.
