Thank you for your inquriy.  MS3C-300TSB and MS3C-300WC come with a 34 inch long track. Depending on the angle of the staircase, the units should be able to navigate reasonably high steps.  For example, at an angle of 45 degrees, chair should be able to navigate 20-21 inch high steps. As always, we strongly recommend for the chair to be tested empty prior to use with an individual.

Your website shows chair has a 5-point harness, youtube video shows just a seatbelt. Also, on your site, the footrest is a platform, but the youtube video shows its just a bar. Please confirm the chair I order will be identical to the one on your website. Thank you.

I ma actually looking for a stretcher that can easily be loaded in and out of a cargo van. Purpose is recovery of deceased and re-delivery to Funeral home, what would you suggest.

Good morning Fred. Thank you for your inquiry. In order to be able to assist you with a proper selection of a stretcher, we would need to know the loading height for your van. The loading height is defined as the distance from the ground to the top of the loading platform. Our light weight stretchers have a 26 1/2 in maximum loading height.  Our commercial grade stretchers can go upto 31 inches loading height.  Also, please let us know if you need a stretcher with an adjustable height.

Could this be covered by insurance I need a reclining wheelchair. Currently use a stretcher for appointments. This would work great! I have doctor prescription for a reclining wheelchair and Aetna for insurance. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your inquiry.  The unit is actually shipped in a crate which is 102lbs.  Should you decide to purchase the chair, we would strongly recommend that it would be transported in the crate to avoid damage. It may still be less expensive to pay excess baggage fee than to ship via UPS or DHL

Is there a lubricant you all use or a way to make the stretcher easier to put/lift the x frame back up and lower it. With a heavy patient weighing say 265lbs when you go to lift the patient up to put the stretcher into loading position it will stick one posting before reaching maximum height.

Thank you for your inquiry.  Any relatively low viscosity lubricant should work, including WD-40. Once applied, do a few dry lifts to work the lubricant into the mechanism.

What is the warranty for this chair

The warrantee on MS3C-300TSB power chair is three years on the frame and one year on the motor and electronics.  Should you need service during the warrantee timeframe, we are located in Houston Texas. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will send you a replacement chair while your chair is being serviced.

We do not have any variations of the airway model. However, the model on the website does come with four stages. The stages include normal bronchus, hypersecretion of the mucous gland, swelling of the lymphoid aggregations and smooth-muscle spasm.

I am in need of an over the door shoulder pulley system for an 8 door. Nothing I've looked at online says it's for 8' doors and doesn't give length of cord. Do you carry any that would work on an 8' door I have been told by my Physical Therapist to get one for work on my frozen shoulder. Thanks.
